The story

Tim was NOT supposed to go into the forest. Everyone knew that. The trees bend too low, the shadows wait too long, and sometimes the forest glows from the inside. But when his brave beagle Buster chases a mysterious golden feather into the dark woods, Tim doesn’t think twice — he runs after him.

What Tim finds inside the Broken Forest will change his life forever. Forgotten spells have grown teeth. Hammers are wedged into tree trunks. Teacups hang from branches, dripping light instead of tea. And the sky? The sky has a hole — pouring golden light that falls up and down at the same time.

Then Tim meets Hixie — a wonderfully chaotic witch balancing on a teetering tower of chairs, poking the hole in the sky with a fork. The Broken Forest is her collection of every unfinished spell, every half-done chore, every “I’ll do it later” — and it’s getting worse. When the forest’s magic senses something special in Tim, it transforms him into a small, fuzzy, blue monster with glowing orange eyes. Tim is terrified. But Hixie sees what he can’t: Tim isn’t broken. He’s a mender. A fixer. The one thing the forest has been waiting for.

Tim’s Monster World is a 4K animated adventure series for children aged 6–8 and their families — Pixar-quality character animation with Studio Ghibli environmental warmth, original music and cinematic sound design. Every episode tells a self-contained story with a real educational topic woven into the magic: gravity, light and color, sound waves, the water cycle, geometry, telling time, musical scales, dealing with fear, honesty, ecosystems — and so much more. Children learn without realizing they’re learning, and parents enjoy watching just as much.

The characters

• 🧒 Tim — a curious, brave 7-year-old who transforms into a small blue monster to fix the magical problems of the Broken Forest.
• 🐕 Buster — Tim’s loyal beagle. Fearless barker at thunder, chaser of brooms, and the reason this whole adventure started.
• 🧙‍♀️ Hixie — a scatterbrained witch whose unfinished spells created the Broken Forest. She’s messy, she’s funny, and she has a heart of gold.
